Coming from a lineage of Martial Arts, growing up in an old school butcher shop eventually becoming a tradesman as an Industrial Automation Electrical Fitter Mechanic.
After pursuing a Greater Purpose in Life, driven down a path from an injury and being offered a Sports Remedial Massage apprenticeship in 2005. 11 years later and after much experience from many teachers with hands on training during a nomadic era, The Massage Mechanic was born in 2016.
Grounding oneself for a period of time to collaborate and practice all past experiences, the learning never ceased to continue. Each year upskilling then putting into practice, now 2025 births a new era for the Body Mechanic.
